The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about the treatment that will be given to you to your personal data when they are collected, used, stored and / or transferred by Pan American School, S.C., which is carried out from compliance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Law

to carry out some or all activities related to the compliance with the obligations arising from the contractual relationship and / or that originate and / or derive from the provision of services.

Personal data will be used for the following purposes: Provide education
to students, carry out activities for the development of the student and provide
various services to the student, such as: transportation, cafeteria, medical attention if necessary, participation with others educational institutions, school sports leagues, academies extracurricular, extracurricular activities and events, press, socioeconomic studies for application of scholarships, yearbooks, APFPAS (Parents Association of Pan American School, S.C.), among others.

We also inform you that in order to fulfill the purposes set forth in this notice, they will be collected and processed sensitive personal data, such as those that refer a health status, academic and psychological information, financial data and patrimonial. We promise that they will be treated under strict
security measures that guarantee your confidentiality.

TRANSFER OF THE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Pan American School, S.C. you can transfer the personal data you have received, collected, get to receive and / or collect. On the other hand, in order to document and communicate information about academic life and events held during the year at the school such as: masses,
graduations, festivals and celebrations, among others, Pan American School,
S.C. may use, print, reproduce and publish the image (s) of all members of the educational community that is part of this Institution in print, electronic media (blogs, private social networks school, website), internal gazettes and yearbooks, among others, in all their manifestations, their performances, their editions, their phonograms or videograms, and in their broadcasts for the aforementioned object.

ARCO rights consist of:
